Production Team Leader / Supervisor

As Production Supervisor you will:

• Lead a small team of Production Operatives on the nightshift
• Ensure the smooth running of the equipment
• Take responsibility for policies/procedures/standards
• Motivate and manage the teams activities to meet targets
• Lead the delivery of KPI's for the factory linked to safety/quality/people
• Demonmstate a willingness to progress within the role

As Production Supervisor you will have:

• Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor from a manufacturing or production background
• A minimum of 2 years experience manufacturing experience in a processing environment
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipement, faiult find and carry out risk assessments
• Excellent communication skills
• Confident and organised
