Job Description

Seeking contracting work in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry? Looking to be a part of a well-established company and brand? We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our prestigious client on a long-term basis.

Key accountabilities of the role

Gather information from all internal and external sources on project relevant processes.

Design, develop and manage project management tools for the successful implementation of a new contract.

Implementation of project management tools to control and minimise risks.

Collate, organise and measure and report the project status.

Communication with stakeholders to understand their requirements.

Translate customer requirements into proposed actions.

Design end to end processes to ensure stable working operations.

Prepare and present material for meetings and workshops with mid-level management teams.

Ownership of Workwear Champions Circle at all necessary locations

Impact on innovations and changes

Design, develop and implementation of benchmark concepts to improve the provision of workwear as a perceived quality service.

Challenging our customers to change mindset and attitude to personal responsibility for their expectations towards workwear service provision.

Motivating suppliers and customers to accept new practices.

Purpose and subject of the interaction/communication with internal/external interfaces, negotiating mandate.

Divergent scope of internal customers ranging from most internal hierarchy levels and high exposure to outsourced companies

Responsible for resolving queries from internal customers to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Reporting regularly to project manager and general manager of department

Educational Background / Professional Knowledge and Experience / Other Skills


Educated to degree level or equivalent in Business Management.

Work experience, Leadership experience.

Strong communication skills, in English and German

Experience of contract management

Ability to operate under pressure and able to find ways to resolve conflicts.

Highly accurate in numeracy

Expert in MS Excel, and building dashboards in Power BI

Possess the tenacity to follow things through and ensure owners of issues shut them down with the required outcome.

Additional skills: special skills / technical ability etc.

Able to combine analytical skills with longer term creative and theoretical issues.
