We have an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious manufacturing company who are currently seeking a Project Co-ordinator to join them on a permanent basis. As a project Co-Ordinator you will be working within the Projects group working alongside the Contracts department co-ordinating assigned projects providing a key link between customers and the company.

As a Project Co-ordinator you will:

• Liaise with all internal departments and customers regarding assigned orders

• Provide input for major Proposals, Re-Quotes, Clarifications, Change Orders

• Provide assistance with the creation of Project Plans for communication and control throughout the Project whilst ensuring timely status reporting

• Assist with monitoring Project actual costs against estimates

• Maintain and co-ordinate client visits as required

• Provide on time end month reporting & presentations

What you will require to be successful:

• Proficient with MS software applications (Projects, Power Point, Word, Excel), commercial, numerical, analytical

• Basic planning, manufacturing and supply chain experience

• Experience working in a Manufacturing/Engineering environment (preferable)
