Vibe Recruit is seeking Purchasing Administrator for one of our manufacturing clients based in Port Talbot priding itself on low staff turnover and friendly working environment with opportunities to progress to join their fast-paced administration team. The role involves working within Purchasing team, dealing with product ordering and sourcing, on-boarding new suppliers, setting up new parts and working with other internal departments to ensure on time delivery.
Purchasing Administrator - Main Duties
-Order processing MRP and purchase requisition
-Product sourcing -RFQ and expediting
-BOM creation
-Resolving invoice queries
-Assisting with departmental projects
-Stock control
-Supplier sourcing and building strong relationships
What are we looking for in you?
-Strong IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office packages
-Strong communication skills, including strong telephone manner
-Motivation and being a team player
Working hours:
Week A: Monday to Thursday: 7:30AM 5:30PM, Friday off
Week B: Monday to Thursday: 7:30AM 5:30PM, Friday: 7:30AM 2:00PM
