We are currently recruiting for a Quality Manager to join an international manufacturer in Chesterfield that can boast a global workforce of 4,500 and a presence in over 20 countries. The focus on this role will be driving and maintaining a zero deviation culture and a constant strive for continuous improvement on site.

As Quality Manager you will:

- Use your Quality Management experience in metallurgy or materials engineering to full advantage

- Ensure process and equipment complied with internal and external requirements

- Showcase your leadership skills when supervising quality and inspection personnel

- Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring customers are notified if any issues or non conformance's occur.

- Monitor KPIs ensuring site objectives are on target

- Investigate all non conformance's to ensure that the root cause is identified and corrective action is implemented

- Have knowledge of NADCAP, AS9100 and AS13100
