Recruitment Coordinator - Based in South-East London - Permanent Role

VibeRecruit is working on behalf of a leading training & development organization that focus on upskilling and preparing individuals for careers within the construction sector. They offer a wide range of nationally recognized & accredited courses which support those who are seeking a career within construction and trades positions across the UK.

Due to operational requirements they are currently seeking a Recruitment Coordinator who will be responsible for engaging & supporting students and recent leavers to attend courses which will aid their transition into work.

The successful candidate will be engaging with schools & colleges around the country, forging strong working relationships to ensure that there is a continuous flow of candidates who are looking for a career following the completion of their courses.

Methods of engaging with potential candidates will include organizing & attending events, direct marketing (word-of-mouth & through online / social media platforms), engaging with third-party recruitment companies and working closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns which will engage & entice candidates towards new training & development opportunities.

The ideal candidate will come from a recruitment or sales background where he/she is used to managing a busy workload, regularly reporting back to colleagues across the business and has the confidence & proactive temperament that is required to successfully support candidates through the full training & development process.
