We’re excited to offer opportunities for Residential Support Workers to join our team in Abergavenny, providing care and support for Young People with complex needs in our semi-rural children’s homes.

What You’ll Bring as a Residential Support Worker:
- Previous experience in care is an advantage but not essential; full training will be provided.
- A positive, caring, and reliable attitude.
- Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help.
- Enthusiasm for promoting independence and choice for Young People.
- A strong work ethic, flexibility, self-motivation, and resilience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Minimum age of 22, due to role requirements.
- A full UK manual driving license (essential).
