Residential Children's Support Worker

We’re excited to offer opportunities for Residential Support Workers to join our team in Rhondda Cynon Taff, providing care and support for Young People with complex needs in our semi-rural children’s homes.

What You’ll Bring as a Residential Support Worker:

• Previous experience in care is an advantage but not essential; full training will be provided.
• A positive, caring, and reliable attitude.
• Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help.
• Enthusiasm for promoting independence and choice for Young People.
• A strong work ethic, flexibility, self-motivation, and resilience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Minimum age of 22, due to role requirements.
• A full UK manual driving license (essential).
