Reuse Shop Supervisor

Vibe Recruit are urgently looking for a Retail Supervisor to support our busy charity shops across South East Wales. This is a temporary 3-month role to help us through a period of change in our retail department. Role will be required to ideally work across 3 sites : New Inn NP4 0LS, Roseheywort NP13 1SP and Lamby Way CF3 2HP so own transport is required.

Pay: £14.35 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Temporary - 3 months

About the Role

You'll work across three shops located at or near local Recycling Centres. These shops are busy, with lots of donations to sort and customers to serve. Your main duties will include:

• Supervising staff and supporting volunteers
• Handling cash and banking
• Sorting and pricing donations
• Providing great customer service
• Keeping the shop clean, safe, and well-stocked

What You'll Need

• Experience as a retail supervisor
• Confidence handling cash and managing people
• Ideally, experience in a charity shop
• A full driving licence and your own car (you'll need to travel between shops)
• Able to wear steel toe cap boots and a high-vis vest (PPE required on site)
