An exciting opportunity for a motivated sales person who would like the opportunity to join a successful company, in a hybrid or working from home role.
My client who work within the manufacturing industry are based in Bridgend and are looking to expand their sales division and create room for an additional sales team member.
You will be covering a UK wide market and so the earning potential is great, with a very realistic OTE of £45,000+.
My client is happy for employees to work from the office, or from home, or a mixture of both but the role will also involve client meetings from time to time so the right candidate must be willing to travel on occasion.
The important thing is that you are driven and commercially aware so that you can identify sales opportunities, and follow them up.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- To Generate sales in the UK market, assist with Customer acquisition and revenue growth
- To liaise with the management team and international Sales Teams in gaining sales for the UK sector, Developing marketing plans that expand the company business.
- Promotion of Smart items for re-sale within the UK
- Required to travel both in UK, Europe and Asia to generate a customer base and target specific models and lines in accordance with sales plan
- To Market and produce reports to highlight Strengths and weaknesses in the market place and suggest methods of improvement
In order to be successful within this role you will have:
- Good communication skills (Telephone manner, interpersonal skills etc)
- Experience with Sales of electronics will be beneficial
- Experience in driving and promoting sales v targets
