Sales Consultant

Due to their recent success, my client, who work within the Higher Education sector, are now looking to find a like-minded individual to join their Student Support Division in their Inbound Team.

This is a permanent work from home position, so you'll need to be motivated and driven.

Within this role, you will be responsible for emailing and calling potential students, understanding their career desires and matching them with suitable courses.

Your duties will include:

  Consulting with potential students
• 
  Tracking potential students and updating data base
• 
  Providing accurate information in a timely fashion
• 
  Having a sound understanding of courses
• 
  Following up with potential students
• 
  Stakeholder management

What you'll need to succeed:
Phone-based sales experience (requirement)
Customer service experience
Passion for education
Excellent communication
High attention to detail
Ideally Education Experience
