As a Sales Manager ,you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth for the company. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and developing strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
- Strategic Planning, Forecasting and Pricing of all major works including contract and price negotiations for all repeat works
- Strategic overview of the current and ongoing market
- Setting of Commercial Strategy and its implementation with regular monitoring to ensure all targets are exceeded.
- Overall responsibility for the Commercial Profitability of Bridgend and exceeding those set targets and budgets
- Sign off of large contracts pricing structures.
- Account management with both new and existing clients
- Collation of weekly Revenue and Market Sectors
- Completion of divisional sales and production reports
