Sign Maker/Fitter

Vibe Recruit are recruiting on behalf of a market leader within Wales' sign making and fitting industry.

Due to continued growth and contract gains our client is looking to add a Sign Maker/Fitter on a permanent basis.

The Role

• Ensuring that health, safety, and environmental requirements are adhered to.
• Interact with customers in a professional, courteous manner and be prepared to offer solutions to problems.
• Ensure the use and maintenance of all tools & equipment comply with safe and efficient performance.
• Ensure that all PPE health and safety work wear is worn at all times.
• Preparing, manufacturing, maintenance and installing of signage, vehicle graphics, interior and exterior signs, illuminated signage, shop fascia's and all other display and sign products
• Maintain professional standards by attending training courses and workshops as required.
• Applying vehicle graphics and vinyl wraps (were trained) to all types of commercial and private vehicles in accordance with customer requirements.
• Ensuring all signage is completed on time, to a quality standard consistent with the company's vision.
• Monitoring stock levels & informing Production Manager of any required stock and equipment.
• Rectifying and reporting issues identified within production to ensure successful completion of the task.
• Communicating between departments within the company to ensure the smooth running of operations
• Carry out other duties as may reasonably be required and assigned by the business.

The Person

• Co-operate with other members of staff as required in a positive, helpful, and friendly manner, taking care to ensure that the best use is made of company time and resources in resolving the needs of the business and its workforce.
• Willing to travel as required on company business
• Interact with customers in a professional, courteous manner and be prepared to offer solutions to problems.
• Willingness to work and learn.

Salary: £21,000 - £25,000 DOE

Holiday Pay, Pension and other benefits
The role will be available for an immediate start and are looking to add to their team quickly, due to work load.
