Site Manager - Based in Edinburgh - Permanent Role

VibeRecruit is working with an award-winning light steel frame design & construction company who are industry leaders operating across the residential & commercial sectors respectively.

Their main projects include designing & constructing bespoke housing, schools & colleges, student accommodation and leisure facilities across the UK; using light frame structural steel, which is sustainable, quick to manufacture and highly cost efficient.

Due to increased business gains they are currently seeking a Site Manager to oversee sub-contractors and programme of works to be based predominantly in Edinburgh, Scotland.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for cost & time management; ensuring that material costs are controlled, as well as Health & Safety checks carried out on time to the correct standards.

A valid SMSTS card will be required.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful design & construction business with an established client base managing projects across the UK.
