Social Investment Officer

Vibe Recruit's client is seeking an experienced Social Investment Officer to lead the development and acquisition of additional investment for projects and partnerships throughout the business.

To achieve key milestones and meet the requirements for funded projects, ensuring their financial viability, you will collaborate with a team of seven. This role involves working two days in the office and three days either in the community or from home.

Skills

• Experience of working with a variety of people from different backgrounds and with different needs
• Experience of making successful applications from a range of funding streams
• Knowledgeable & understanding of Community Benefits and Social Value
• Demonstrable experience of developing and maintaining effective partnerships to deliver positive outcomes
• Experience of community development and into work initiatives
• Experience of sourcing funding to deliver projects
• Experience of delivering and managing projects
• Ability to operate as a supportive strong and effective team member
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

You will play a crucial role in securing additional resources to expand the business's service offerings. Collaborating closely with colleagues, you will understand the business's priorities and seek new opportunities.
