Solderer/Assembly Operator

We are currently recruiting for a Soldering / Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Cwmbran. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in soldering within a production or electronics environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out soldering work to a high standard while supporting general production activities and maintaining quality and safety procedures.

Shift: Monday-Thursday 07:00 - 16:30

Salary £13.52 per h

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out soldering tasks on electronic components and assemblies
• Work within a production environment following detailed instructions
• Ensure all work meets quality and industry standards
• Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and quality
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Follow company health and safety procedures at all times
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets

Requirements

• Previous soldering experience is essential
• Experience working in a manufacturing or electronics production environment
• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to follow technical instructions and processes
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
