Are you an experienced Stock Controller with strong IT skills and an FLT licence? We are currently recruiting for a Stock Controller with FLT experience to join a leading Precision Engineering firm in Neath. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing the movement of raw materials, components, and finished goods within the manufacturing facility.

As Stock Controller with FLT experience you will:

• Maintain accurate stock records using the company ERP/WMS system.

• Conduct regular cycle counts and annual stock takes, investigating and resolving discrepancies.

• Monitor stock levels and raise purchase orders or replenishment requests to prevent production shortages.

• Ensure correct labelling, storage, and rotation of all stock

• Track and record incoming and outgoing materials, components, and finished goods.

• Coordinate the dispatch of finished goods, ensuring accurate documentation and timely shipment.

• Issue raw materials and components to the production floor in line with manufacturing schedules.

• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management review.

You will need:

• Previous experience in stock control or warehouse management within manufacturing
• Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Excel
• A valid forklift truck (FLT) licence
