Support Worker

Vibe Care Agency are recruiting experienced Support Workers for the Farringdon area of Oxfordshire.

What skills and experience are we looking for in candidates?

• Minimum of 12 months experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism & complex needs
• Dedicated, honest, reliable and compassionate nature
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience supporting individuals with behaviours that challenge
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to individuals with physical and learning disabilities
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Daily tasks will often include personal care, meal preparation and moving and assisting
• Accompanying clients to medical appointments and social outings
• Monitor and report any changes in clients' behaviour or health conditions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress
