Technical Sales Manager

Technical Sales Manager £50,000 per annum + bonus & package, company vehicle

French or German language skills are highly desirable / some international travel required

A leading manufacturer & supplier of high-end precision tooling & complimentary equipment utilised across the medical & pharmaceutical sector.

They are currently seeking a Technical Sales Manager who will be responsible for generating sales growth of all products & services by developing new business whilst building customer loyalty in his/her region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the existing sales team, as well as generating business directly by understanding the product range & services the company offer and being proactive to identify new income streams across the market. He/she would be expected to devise a sales plan within the region and execute it with the help of their sales team to ensure that new business is generated through the year.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated sales generation & management experience and hold an engineering or technical qualification (degree level or higher). The company have a strong overseas presence so French or German language skills are highly desirable.

Finally, he/she will be a strong motivator & people manager, as well as have demonstrated experience solution selling across various market verticals.
