Vibe Recruit are seeking two Warehouse Operators (Stores) to join their clients warehousing team in Hay-on-Wye.
The main purpose of your new role will be to provide a good service to production whilst maintaining high levels of cGMP in all warehouse environments.
Main responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring that all warehouse activities are carried out in line with the requirements set by the Stores Coordinator whilst adhering to the life cycle of the warehouse
- Required to work safely and to a high level of quality at all times in line with the company and departmental standards
- Required to behave responsibly and diligently and conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times
- Required to work to the Safety, Quality, Delivery and cost principles of the department which will be explained in detail prior to interview
- For this position it is a minimum requirement that you hold a full & current UK drivers licence
Essential experience
- A high level of experience in Warehouse and Freight haulage operations, preferably with Pharmaceutical products
- Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Supply Chain operations and Freight forwarding processes
- Significant experience in Warehouse operations within a Pharmaceutical Environment
- Sound judgement for well-rounded and consistent decision making
- Ability to prioritise work to meet tight deadlines
- A high level of computer skills
- Full clean driving licence
- Ability to work well in busy conditions and operate effectively within a team
- Able to communicate at all levels in a clear and concise manner
Desirable
- Competent in the use of all Microsoft system processes and JDE (or ERP) processes
- Leadership skills
- Educated to 'A' Level or NVQ3 (or equivalent)
- Fork Lift Truck Licence
