Customer Service Administrator
Job description
Vibe Recruit is currently recruiting for two temporary Customer Services Administrators to join a busy Customer Services team on a 6-month temporary contract.
This role will suit candidates with strong administrative and IT skills, a high level of attention to detail, and confidence working with data. You will be supporting the use of SAP, which is due to be newly installed in 2026, making this a great opportunity to gain experience with a major system implementation.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm
Salary: £12.21 per h
Location: Blackwood
Key Responsibilities:
Accurate data entry and maintenance within SAP and other systems
Providing administrative support to the Customer Services team
Ensuring data accuracy and attention to detail at all times
Assisting with system-related processes and updates
General administrative and customer service duties as required
About You:
Strong IT skills and confidence using computer systems
SAP experience desirable, but not essential
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Well organised and able to manage data effectively
A reliable team player with good communication skills
What's on Offer:
