Job Description

Our client provides serviced apartments in the heart of Cardiff, and are looking to add a dedicated Duty Manager to the dynamic team.
The perfect candidate would be ready to work in a shift-based customer facing role, to deliver the very best guest experience.

Reporting to the Operations Manger, as a Duty Manager you will be responsible for:
Guest check-in and check-out,
Apartment inspections
Ensuring that all guest queries or requests are handled in a polite and efficient manner, within acceptable timeframes.

Ability to work without supervision, polite and helpful to both colleagues and guests
Receptive to feedback, good communication skills, friendly, enthusiastic and a willingness to learn
Personalise each interaction with a guest
Understand and exceed guest expectations and needs
Possess a positive, motivated, friendly, trustworthy outlook whilst on duty
Essential qualities:
Possess a passion for hospitality
Extremely approachable and professional
Willingness to work flexible shift patterns across 7 days a week
Full, clean driving licence
