You'll work alongside experienced professionals who are happy to share their knowledge, support your development and help you build your skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining gardens, lawns and landscaped grounds.
- Grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming and general garden maintenance.
- Planting, pruning and seasonal horticultural work.
- Using landscaping tools and equipment safely.
- Helping keep outdoor spaces looking their best throughout the year.
- Working as part of a small team to deliver excellent results.
- Maintaining a professional and friendly approach when working at clients' properties.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who take pride in their work and want to make a genuine contribution to the team.
Ideally, you'll have:
- A conscientious, reliable and hardworking attitude.
- A genuine interest in gardening, landscaping or grounds maintenance.
- Good practical skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- A team-focused approach and willingness to learn.
- A professional and friendly manner.
Previous experience in landscaping, horticulture or grounds maintenance would be beneficial, but enthusiasm, commitment and the right attitude are equally important.
Training and development opportunities are available for those looking to build their skills and progress within the industry.
What's on Offer?
- Competitive salary for the right candidates.
- Company pension.
- 28 days' annual leave, pro rata.
- Free uniform provided.
- Full PPE supplied where required.
- Flexible working solutions for part-time employees.
- Support with training and development opportunities.
- The chance to learn from experienced ground-care professionals.
- A supportive, close-knit team where your contribution makes a difference.
- Opportunities to develop your skills and build a long-term career.
