Locality Manager - Across Finchley and Barnet Area

Salary - £47,982.55

Hours – 37.5 hours per week

Qualifications / Experience

  • Level 5 or above in Leadership and Management.
  • Vast experience supporting people with Learning Disabilities
  • Need to have been a Reg CQC Manager with multi-site experience.
  • Vast knowledge of the CQC framework.
  • Have experience of online platforms, they use Radar and Iplanet.

Job/Person

  • Supporting Managers.
  • Good knowledge of S/G, CQC.
  • Quality assurance Audits.
  • Checking existing packages.
  • Leading and developing teams.
  • Checking welfare of staff and service users.
  • Networking
  • Budgets
  • Supporting Managers, Continuous Improvement plans.

  • To support 3 homes in the Barnet and Finchley area,  each home is registered for 4 adults (male and female)
