Logistics and Fulfilment Coordinator - could this be your new role?

A forward thinking company based in Swansea, with excellent core values are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to own the logistics and fulfilment function of the production department.

This is a pivotal role within the business, in which you will be responsible for increasing customer satisfaction by driving efficiencies in the logistics function, which will ensure goods are successfully sent, have low return rate, and will ultimately improve the bottom line of the Company.

The essence of your job will lie in the following key responsibilities:

• Coordinate outward shipping of goods to clients which could include - booking couriers, creating address labels, resolving export queries, and tracking goods.

• Liaise between Production and Warehouse teams to successfully deliver client projects to the end user

• Manage relationships with 3rd party storage & shipping warehouses

• Manage relationships with 4 existing Courier companies

• Liaise with Production Manager to ensure timely and accurate invoicing

This is a small, close-knit and friendly team, and so team fit is super important.
