Operations Team Leader

An exciting opportunity to join our Witney based client in an ongoing temp to perm role as an Operations Team Leader.

The successful applicant must possess:

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills with good organisation skills, including verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to interpret plans, specifications and bills of quantities and undertake hard and soft landscape quotations.
• Ability to carry out complex tasks, street signs, play inspections, estimations
• A sound knowledge of operations including street cleansing, waste and recycling and grounds maintenance.
• A varied knowledge of vehicle plant and machinery.
• Experience of driving/operating vehicles, equipment and plant utilised for street cleansing, grounds maintenance and waste.
• The ideal candidate would possess or be working towards NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in horticulture.

Pay rate - £12.00phr

Overtime rate - £18.00phr

Hours - Monday to Friday - Days - 0700-1630
