Role - Production Maintenance Assistant

Location - Swansea

Contract - Temp to Perm

Rate of Pay - £7.70 - £8.21 per hour

Vibe Recruit have an immediate requirement for a production maintenance assistant to join our client's maintenance team.

Candidates will be required to work alongside the maintenance team repairing production machines.

Candidates will need to have the following qualities -

• Be able to work on there own initiative whilst contributing in a team environment
• A willingness to learn and a desire to pursue their knowledge in the mechanical engineering field
• Be able to communicate well and work with people from other areas of the business
• Have an excellent attention to detail, enjoy problem solving, working with their hands and taking a pride to produce quality work within set time limits
• Have a methodical approach to tasks, and ability to use computers for recording and following wok schedules and maintain maintenance logs

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a maintenance background or any handyman experience
