Production Operator

Vibe Recruit's client is seeking to hire an experienced Production Operator for an immediate start. This is a full time, permanent position. A fantastic opportunity!

Location: Cardiff

Hours of work: 3 shift pattern (rotating mornings, afternoons & nights)

Salary: £27,221 - £27,976 per annum

• Up to 27 days holiday + bank holidays

Requirements:

• Verify that all orders adhere to Company standards outlined in the specified Job Cards and Quality documents.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols consistently, wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the assigned tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper upkeep of work areas.
• Adhere to manual handling procedures in all tasks.

Skills and Attributes:

• Ability to identify and find a solution to a problem
• Manufacturing experience, preferably within a construction company
• Positive work ethic
• Team player
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable
