Production Operator

Vibe Recruit's client based at 2 sites, Treorchy and Llwynypia, are looking for Production Operators for an immediate start.

Main Purpose of Role:

Responsible for the manufacturing of UPVC products, working as part of a team to achieve excellent standards in safety, quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities of the role include:

* Perform duties in line with set operating procedures and works instructions.

* Ensure all quality requirements are adhered to.

* Complete quality checks and procedures as required.

* Produce each component to acceptable standards and with minimal breakages.

* Adhere to all safety procedures,

* Use appropriate PPE for each area as highlighted in the risk assessment.

Skills and Knowledge:

* Ability to use and monitor

* Manual handling

* Health and safety awareness

* Customer base and product knowledge

* Able to work under own direction and achieve daily targets

The successful candidate:

* Quality conscious

* Experience of working within a high volume, fast paced manufacturing environment

* Self-motivated
