Production Packer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Packer to join a well-established company based in the Cwmbran.

You will be dealing with daily tasks such as:

• To ensure that all items assembled on the production line are correct
• Fault find and report any defects or problems
• To carry out cleaning of equipment when required
• To ensure the production area is kept in a clean operative state
• Follow the Health & Safety requirements of the Company
• Identifying and reporting any potential safety issues to the relevant personnel
• Any other duties that may be required
• Packaging products to the highest standard
• Meeting daily targets and order fulfilment

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven production experience in a similar environment
• Ability to perform manual handling (heavy lifting)
• Good communication skills
• Positive attitude
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Pro-active and solutions-focused
• Reliable and trustworthy
