We are currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor to join a highly reputable company in Ystrad Mynach that supplies sustainable products to a wide variety of industries worldwide. This is a fantastic opening where you will have the chance to play a key role in production.

As Production Supervisor you will:

• Use your strong management skills when communicating with skilled production staff daily
• Utilise your knowledge of continuous improvement when looking to improve production processes
• Be familiar with working to and exceeding production targets whilst achieving high quality standards
• Display initiative and strong decision making skills when dealing with different production issues
• Showcase your organisational skills and ability to put people development first in order to achieve the best results
