We are currently recruiting for a Production Team Leader for a brand name manufacturer in Ebbw Vale. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company with a low staff turnover and a modern working environment.

As Production Team Leader you will:

- Supervise operators in relation to production, packaging and distribution

- Be familiar with motivating staff, working to KPIs and ensuring a high quality finished product

- Use your organisational and leadership skills to full advantage in a fast moving, automated environment

- Showcase your passion for continuous improvement and lean manufacturing

- Communicate effectively with senior managers, maintenance and planning

- Lead by example and demonstrate good IT skills and the ability to understand manufacturing processes
