We are currently recruiting for a Production Team Leader to join a national, industry leading and multi award winning manufacturer in Caerphilly. This is a great time to join as the company continues to expand due to high product demand.

As Production Team Leader you will:

- Use your leadership experience to full advantage when supervising a small team to achieve desired targets.

- Have the ability to lead, motivate and inspire whilst training, maintaining and developing team member's skills within the department.

- Monitor department performance and time keeping, as well as your own performance

- Ensure the upkeep of machinery within the department to a high level

- Work with Supply Chain to ensure sufficient stock to meet orders.

- Resolve queries quickly and efficiently within the required timescale.

- Adopt a proactive approach to all Health & Safety and environmental issues.
