Return Product Logistics Assistant

Vibe Recruit are partnering with a leading global medical devices and healthcare organisation based in Witney. This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-renowned company specialising in the design and manufacture of glucose monitoring systems.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support the investigation of returned products, playing a key role in quality assurance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate returned products using internal systems to determine root causes
• Assess product quality and identify faults or defects
• Carry out investigations in line with site procedures and quality standards
• Monitor equipment and support the safe movement of materials in and out of the cleanroom
• Accurately record findings and maintain detailed documentation
• Use Microsoft Office to support reporting and data tracking
• Collaborate with internal teams to support new product launches and complaint readiness activities

About You:

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to follow strict procedures and maintain high quality standards
• A team player with a proactive approach

Shift Pattern:

• 4 on, 4 off (Days)
• 7am-7pm
• £15.29 per hour - paid monthly
