Job Title: Sales Agent
Location: Romford
Type: Full time, permanent
Salary: Basic - £24,525 - OTE of £35,000
Role Overview
As a Sales Agent, you'll handle inbound calls and help customers find the right insurance, including cover for pre-existing conditions. You'll work in a supportive team, focused on providing great service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound enquiries with professionalism and empathy
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
Identify opportunities for policy upgrades and cross-sells
Conduct accurate medical screenings
Follow scripts while tailoring conversations to the customer
Resolve queries and ensure high customer satisfaction
Manage data in line with GDPR and company policy
Support team goals and contribute to a positive work environment
Follow compliance and quality assurance standards
What We're Looking For
Experience in call centre sales
Strong verbal and written communication
Target-driven and motivated
Excellent customer service and telephone manner
Detail-focused with high accuracy
