Sales & Marketing Assistant

Vibe Recruit are currently assisting our client with the recruitment of a full-time Sales & Marketing Assistant to join their team based in Caerphilly.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a supporting role, along with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and an exceptional level of customer relations and service. General

• Support the Senior Commercial Manager with marketing activation
• Support all Sales & Marketing Team with ad hoc requests
• Work with the "National Account Manager - Brand" on regional sales activation

Retail

• Implement and manage POS and merchandising
• Manage in instore sampling and regional events

Brand & Marketing support

• Activation of digital marketing plan, including support on social media competitions
• Assist with market research, including consumer panels and surveys
• Assist with preparation and management of photography shoots

Sales & insight reporting

• Weekly stores sales reporting
• Incentive management and reporting
