Ystrad Mynach | Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:00pm (37.5 hrs)

Join our growing team as a Logistics Coordinator, managing the flow of raw materials and finished goods across the UK, Europe, and beyond. You'll work closely with warehouse, planning, and customer service teams to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) deliveries, accurate stock records, and cost-efficient transport solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily UK & international transport operations

• Negotiate with carriers to reduce costs and consolidate shipments

• Optimise delivery routes and maximise vehicle usage

• Monitor KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs)

• Schedule collections and deliveries, liaising with suppliers and customers

• Maintain shipment data and stock accuracy in ERP (NetSuite)

• Prepare export/shipping documentation and track deliveries

About You

• Logistics, transport planning, or supply chain experience

• Strong ERP skills (NetSuite preferred)

• Confident negotiator with analytical & reporting ability

• Excellent communicator, organised, and results-driven

• Knowledge of UK, European & worldwide transport systems
