Location: Cwmbran, South Wales
Salary: £30,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE), Company Vehicle and Fuel Card
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Vibe Recruit is recruiting on behalf of a growing and forward-thinking business within the renewable energy and energy efficiency sector, seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join their expanding team in Cwmbran.

You will be responsible for managing warm inbound enquiries, identifying customer requirements and guiding homeowners through the complete sales process, from initial enquiry through to installation.

The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with approximately 50% of your time based in the office and 50% spent on the road visiting customers. This split is flexible and may change depending on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to warm inbound sales enquiries relating to insulation, heating and renewable energy solutions.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable energy efficiency products and services.

• Prepare, present and follow up on customer quotations.

• Manage leads effectively through the sales pipeline, converting enquiries into successful installations.

• Conduct site visits and support technical assessments where required.

• Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service.

• Work closely with technical, surveying and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience in a sales-focused role, ideally within renewable energy, heating, insulation or energy efficiency.

• Knowledge or experience of insulation, solar PV, air source heat pumps (ASHPs) or heating systems.

• Understanding of UK energy efficiency schemes, including ECO, GBIS or Able to Pay (ATP) markets.

• Experience conducting customer site visits or property surveys.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Confident managing warm leads, preparing quotations and closing sales.

• Comfortable discussing technical products and solutions with customers.

• Full UK driving licence - essential.
