Skilled Production Operative

Vibe Recruit are seeking skilled or experienced operatives to join a rapidly expanding industrial print manufacturer based in Brynmenyn. The client is a quality leading print and fabrication company mainly servicing the gaming, amusement, retail and industrial sector. Full training can be provided for the right candidate but experience in a detail orientated industrial setting is a must. The right candidate will have a good standard of numeracy and grammar, a keen eye for details and a responsive attitude to quality control. Possessing a graphic design or similar qualification/background will also be advantageous

Due to recent investment and expansion, our client are looking for flexibility in regards to shift work. This will be a combination of early mornings, afternoons and night shifts with over time potential.

The client can offer potential permanency for those who show genuine enthusiasm and the want to progress in this unique area of manufacture and trade.
