Warehouse Operative - Sittingbourne
£13 per hour | Monday to Friday | Rotating shifts (6am-2pm / 10am-6pm)

We're currently recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives on behalf of a world-leading medical healthcare company based in Sittingbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected employer where your work truly makes a difference.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll be an essential part of the operation, ensuring products are picked, packed, and processed with accuracy and care. Duties include:

• Using handheld devices for precise order picking in a clean, ambient warehouse.
• Maintaining and organising stock records.
• Completing paperwork and updating systems accurately.
• Supporting colleagues with urgent requests and contributing to process improvements.

• Pay: £13 per hour (with opportunities to progress).
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Weekly rotation of early (6am-2pm) and late (10am-6pm) shifts.

About You

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.
• Good basic English and Maths skills.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong team ethic.
• Own transport is required due to site location and early start times (public transport not available).
