Job Description

Vibe Recruit is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our client in Cwmbran as a Administrator.

Salary: £10.42 per h

Hours: 8am-4pm

Weekly pay.


  • Communicate with customers via email and telephone always ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders and prepare all relevant bills of lading, invoices and packing lists required to fulfil these orders. Full training is given.
  • Work with Product Managers on warranty issues, stock returns, collections, and processing of credits where necessary.
  • Working with Logistics to understand order status, stock availability and on-time deliveries whilst keeping the customer informed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A confident, engaging, and friendly telephone manner.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn detailed product knowledge.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Competency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
