Warehouse Operative - Immediate Start - Cwmbran

We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Operative to join a small, close-knit team of 4. This is a hands-on role within a busy warehouse environment, supporting the packing and movement of goods.

Shift Pattern (Rotating Two Shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Packing boxes and small parts
• Manual handling: packing and palletising goods
• Operating FLT (Counterbalance)
• General warehouse duties
• Basic computer work including email and Excel

Requirements

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (essential)
• Computer literate (email & Excel)
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Reliable and able to work as part of a small team

Pay & Benefits

• £27,000 - £29,000 depending on experience
• Weekday and weekend overtime available
