Customer Service Advisor - Immediate Opportunity!

Vibe Recruit are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our client's busy team based in Cowley, Oxford, on a temporary basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a friendly, organised and customer-focused individual who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You will play a key role in supporting customers throughout their vehicle repair journey, from the initial welcome and booking process through to keeping them updated on repair progress and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing a friendly and professional meet-and-greet service to customers.

• Managing customer appointments and scheduling vehicle repair bookings.

• Supporting customers through the vehicle repair and insurance claims process.

• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems.

• Processing insurance excess payments and handling transactions.

• Responding to customer enquiries via telephone, email and other communication channels.

• Keeping customers informed of repair progress and resolving any queries.

• Identifying opportunities to promote additional services where appropriate.

• Assisting with customer and vehicle movements when required.

About You

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, approachable and passionate about providing excellent customer service.

You will ideally have:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer-facing role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• A friendly, confident and outgoing personality.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.

• Excellent attention to detail and administration skills.

• Confidence using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A proactive approach and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations.

What's on Offer?

• Temporary position based in Cowley, Oxford.

• Monday to Friday working pattern.

• 7:30am - 5:00pm.

• 45 hours per week.

• Competitive hourly rate, dependent on experience.

• No weekend working.
