CYP Support Worker

Vibe Care are looking for Support Workers, who have experience with Children and Young People, to join our established team.

Do you have experience as a Support Worker supporting children and young people with learning disabilities, autism & challenging behaviours?

Have you got experience in supporting children and young people in a school or home environment?

Are you motivated to make a difference to a young person's life?

We are seeking to register Support Workers who are:

• Experienced working with young people aged 10-19 years.
• Dedicated, caring & compassionate.
• Experienced with learning disabilities, autism & challenging behaviours.
• Ability to support in a school environment & residential homes.
• Proactively supporting with day to day tasks like cooking, shopping & cleaning.
• Assisting and encouraging with personal care.
• Able to be a team player and willing to learn.
• Able to record comprehensive daily records.
• Excellent with communication skills.
• Drivers preferred.

Salary: £13.80-£14.40
