We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Cleaning Supervisor to lead a small team and service a number of high profile clients around Birmingham and the surrounding areas.

This is a great opportunity to join a well established company ans supervise a motivated, dedicated team of facilities cleaners.

As Facilities Cleaning Supervisor you will:

- Supervise, motivate and organise a small team of facilities cleaning professionals to achieve outstanding results

- Travel to different locations daily including occasional overnight stays ( expenses paid )

- Be familiar with the cleaning process of the external fabric of buildings and working at heights ( working at heights is an important part of the role )

- Ensure that cleaning duties to soffits and fascias, guttering and cladding  are performed efficiently, effectively, and safely, while also managing resources and staff. 

- Use the appropriate equipment, materials, tools and machinery to ensure the job is done effectively.

- Report and record any damage and defects
