Production Operative -Nights

NIGHT SHIFT PRODUCTION OPERATIVES WANTED - WITNEY!

Vibe Recruit are working in partnership with a leading global healthcare and medical device manufacturer to recruit Production Operatives to join their busy manufacturing operation based in Witney, Oxfordshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a highly regulated manufacturing environment, supporting the production of innovative glucose monitoring technology used by people living with diabetes.

You will be helping manufacture advanced glucose monitoring sensors, supporting the production of products that make a genuine difference to people's lives.

The Role

As a Production Operative, your responsibilities will include:

• Operating automated and semi-automated production machinery.

• Assembling small, precision medical device components.

• Monitoring production processes and ensuring quality standards are maintained.

• Carrying out visual inspections and quality control checks.

• Following detailed manufacturing instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Completing production paperwork, batch records and electronic documentation.

• Identifying and reporting production defects or equipment issues.

• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment.

• Working towards production targets while maintaining excellent quality standards.

• Following strict hygiene, health and safety and contamination-control procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is advantageous.

• Experience within pharmaceutical, medical device or cleanroom environments would be beneficial.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

• Ability to follow instructions and work to strict procedures.

• Good communication skills.

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Shift & Benefits

• Night shift: 7:00pm - 7:00am.

• 4 nights on, 4 nights off.

• 12-hour shifts.

• Monthly pay.
