Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

Vibe Recruit are working in partnership with a global healthcare organisation to recruit a Service Support Technician for their busy Service Centre in Sittingbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that prides itself on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

The Role

As a Medical Devices Operative, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the service centre, ensuring medical equipment is handled, processed, and maintained in line with strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving, packing, and decontaminating medical devices and equipment
• Managing stock and ensuring sufficient consumables are available
• Supporting operational efficiency to maximise throughput
• Maintaining high housekeeping standards in line with GMP/GLP guidelines
• Adhering to all health & safety procedures, including correct use of PPE
• Identifying and suggesting continuous improvement ideas
• Reporting safety observations and promoting safe working practices
• Supporting other departments when required
• Carrying out additional duties as directed by management

• Strong attention to detail with a meticulous approach
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Confident communicator with a proactive attitude
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Committed to high standards and continuous improvement

Skills & Experience

• PC literate (databases and spreadsheets)
• Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or regulated environment is desirable but not essential
• Full training will be provided
