Account Manager (Print Industry)

Vibe Recruit's client, based in Blackwood, are looking for an Account Manager on a full time, permanent contract. An award winning dedicated periodical magazine printing company with over 50 years of experience of working alongside some of the best independently owned publishing companies in the UK.

This is a fantastic role for someone with relevant experience who is wanting to develop their career as a Printing Account manager / customer service representative.

The successful candidate will be responsible for account managing new and existing clients.

Responsibilities:

​Building strong customer relationships with new and existing clients

Taking orders via both telephone and email

Create product specification

Inputting data onto the company system

Providing estimates

Raising job tickets

Communicating with production

Working hours - Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Experience of print in the magazine/book sector would be preferable.
