Vibe Recruit's client based in Blackwood, an outsource company - specifically geared to provide retailers with a single-source supply service for all their packaging, consumables, print management etc are looking to appoint an Admin Support with an immediate start.
The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position.
General admin duties include -
- Answering calls
- Ordering office stationery supplies
- Greeting clients
- Managing diaries
Experience using Sage would be an advantage but not essential.
Hours of work - Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
