Customer Account Manager

PURPOSE OF ROLE

We are looking to seek out an ambitious Internal Sales/Customer Service Executive for our client based in Swansea.
This successful manufacturing business are looking for a hungry and enthusiastic candidate who can develop relationships, service existing customers and also hunt out and follow up on new sales opportunities.
This function requires positivity and collaboration with colleagues.
The successful applicant will be confident at building collaborative relationships both with Team Members and Customers across a broad spectrum of customers and geographies.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-Develop and maintain strong relationships internally and externally
-Identify and grow customer base
-Analyse the customer needs to provide a recommendation of the best products that fulfils their identified needs
-Gather information from clients to enable the production of quotations and build market intelligence
-Provide excellent customer service

EXPERIENCE AND KEY SKILLS

-Background in B2B / B2C / C2C
-Able to build relationships with customer
-Excellent planning and organising skills
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Team player but also able to work on own initiative
-Proactive, confident and positive

This is a full time permanent position, with Monday Friday working hours.
